Hi Guys Ive played around and read the manual since purchasing but im still struggling to use Q Clone and i need help. My set up is Lots of hardware.
I'm surprised that the whole Waves Q Clone thing has been overlooked, because it seems like a similar technology to the Sintefex eq box which sounds. Only problem is the cost. That being said it deffinatly seems to be a lot more convenient solution than to do manual convolving. Jesse. Share. Old

31 Aug 2016 I'm not sure it ever caught on, but it sure is a useful tool. When it originally came out, it cost more than $1k, and now can be purchased for under $100. I bought it for $49, though it typically is $99. Here is a link to the Q-Clone manual for reference and clarification. Q-Clone enables you to model hardware EQ
The manual is helpful and is definitely a good idea to have around if you are unfamiliar with how to use this. SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE So far I can't say that I've had any problems at all running the Waves Ltd. Q-Clone plug-in. I have been using it a professional studio that has a Pro Tools HD system and an Apple G5
